Conscious Mind is the conscious aspect of the individual.
Conscious Mind functions, When we are awake, thinking or performing actions, we are operating out of the conscious mind intellect. All the external presentations that is reflected as behaviour by an individual, is in conjunct with the conscious mind. Logically, the conscious mind is holding strength of eight to twelve percentage of the total mind capacity.
To simplify, the critical thinking mechanism, logical calculations, deductions, reasoning, alertness and focus originate out of this segment of mind. The conscious mind is aligned with the left centre of the brain called the logical section.
All experiences that an individual acquires in the day goes into the grasp of the conscious mind, which filters it later as thoughts and sent it to the bed called the subconscious, during relaxation and sleep. Thus when we wake up the following day, the previous day’s experiences becomes a memory which could be either positive or negative, based on the individualistic perception.
Your conscious mind is your objective or thinking mind. It has no memory, and it can only hold one thought at a time. This mind has four essential functions.
Your mind functions very much like a binary computer, performing two functions: It accepts or rejects data in making choices and decisions. It can deal with only one thought at a time, positive or negative, “yes” or “no.”
